Join our Birmingham team to work on some of TSA Riley's largest projects in the UK. We seek a chartered Senior Project Manager with RICS or CIOB membership to manage large-scale, complex construction projects across various sectors including residential, retail, healthcare, industrial, education, and commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Executive Director, managing multiple projects independently across the Midlands.
• Ensure client objectives are met through teamwork, risk management, and contractual advice.
• Prepare and present tender documentation for consultant or contractor appointments.
• Administer tender processes and provide procurement advice.
• Act as Employers' Agent and manage cost/variation procedures.
• Attend and chair meetings, prepare financial and progress reports.
• Implement value engineering and standardization to optimize efficiency.
• Propose innovative service delivery initiatives.
• Develop and manage project timelines using Microsoft Project.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Construction Project Management, Engineering, or similar.
• Membership in CIOB or RICS preferred.
• Proven experience managing large construction projects within a reputable consultancy.
• Experience across multiple sectors and full project lifecycle duties.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to mentor junior staff.
