Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Managing a team (size varies with project size, and as a senior PM you'll get the bigger more complex ones or multiple deliveries to manage at the same time) of implementation consultants, business analysts, developers, testers and release managers
• Working closely with our clients to agree delivery requirements, milestones, governance, and agreed ways of working
• Working on projects worth upwards of £3m or multiple smaller deliveries
• Writing a Project Initiation Document (PID) and running project kick off meetings
• Developing and maintaining a project plan in MSP
• Operating within PMO standards and Procentia Ways of Working, adhering to internal governance and mainting those standards throughout delivery

Requirements

• Extensive delivery experience (8-12 years), with a strong track record managing complex projects and multi-workstream projects end-to-end
• Proven leadership of software implementations, from initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support
• Strong planning and governance capability, including RAID management, dependency control, and structured delivery frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to engage, influence and present confidently at senior/executive level
• Commercial and financial awareness, including budget management, forecasting, and control of scope and change
• Team leadership experience, leading cross-functional teams and driving accountability, performance and delivery momentum
