Senior Project Manager - Outside IR35 Contract - Regulatory Projects

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for an immediate-start contract role operating outside IR35. This position will lead a portfolio of regulatory-driven projects within the Financial Services sector and proven and recent experience with regulatory projects will be essential.

Role Overview

The successful contractor will take ownership of a set of concurrent, FCA-related regulatory project initiatives, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines, scope and quality standards. This is a senior-facing role requiring strong leadership, independence and the ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Proven track record operating as a Senior Project Manager in contract roles for insurance or financial services clients
• Demonstrable strength in core PM disciplines across full project lifecycle delivery within regulatory projects
• Solid tenure across previous contracts, evidencing reliability and impact
• Experience delivering regulatory projects - FCA-driven
• Background in Insurance or broader Financial Services highly desirable
• Prior delivery of regulatory change within FS environments essential
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence up to C-Suite level

Engagement Details

• Outside IR35 contract
• Immediate start preferred
• Interviews targeted within the next two weeks
• Hybrid working model with occasional travel to project sites as required
