Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing all aspects of the process from surveying and cabling to installation. This role requires a strategic and structured approach to project delivery, with a focus on maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. You'll collaborate closely with Account Managers and Service Operations Managers to ensure smooth project execution and continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Budgeting & Cost Management: Oversee the project budget, ensuring costs align with projections and timelines.
• Leadership & Team Management: Guide the Project Team, providing leadership and direction while fostering collaboration with the Account Manager and Service Operations Manager.
• Forecasting & Roadmap Creation: Develop detailed project roadmaps, ensuring clear goals and resource allocation.
• Resource Coordination: Prioritise and allocate resources effectively across multiple project channels.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and project performance insights.
• Project Planning & Execution: Coordinate resources and timelines to ensure seamless project delivery, adjusting as needed.
• Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities for performance optimisation and apply lessons learned to improve future delivery.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor and control all project-related costs, ensuring P&L remains balanced.
• Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with all internal teams to ensure project success, while managing customer review meetings and maintaining a strong rapport across departments.
• Escalation Point: Act as a point of escalation for the project team in the absence of the Account Manager.

Required Skills & Experience
• Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in delivering complex projects in a senior or lead role, particularly in the hospitality and retail sectors.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, including mentoring and coaching junior team members and leading both office-based and remote teams. V1 Internal Use Only
• Budget Management: Demonstrated experience managing budgets and controlling costs across multiple projects.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in project management systems and software, with a solid understanding of MS Office Suite.
• Network Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with network infrastructure, data, power, and Wi-Fi systems.
• Customer-Focused: A proven track record of delivering customer-centric solutions while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Flexible & Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with minimal supervision.
• Valid Driving License: A full UK driving license and a willingness to travel to client sites as required, including occasional overnight stays.
