The role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of the Vetting Project for our clients Professionalism Programme. This key initiative focuses on improving standards and reducing risk via new IT systems and proactive integrity screening.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee implementation of vetting case management and credit checking systems
• Lead stakeholder engagement across internal IT, Capgemini consultants, and business teams
• Manage risks, issues, and ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Track delivery, maintain project governance, and report progress

What the client is looking for

• Proven experience delivering complex projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with project governance (e.g. RAID, reporting)
• Desirable: background in policing or civil service
• Experience in IT implementation projects helpful, though not essential
