We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with deep technical expertise and a solutions-driven mindset to join our team. You will play a critical role in troubleshooting facility issues, guiding cross-functional teams, and leading projects across engineering, quality, and construction domains in the pharma and biotech sectors.

Your Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve issues in HVAC systems, temperature/humidity control, and facility installation problems
• Lead and coordinate temperature mapping and validation efforts
• Identify root causes of incorrect software readings and implement corrective actions
• Serve as the go-to expert in technical troubleshooting for ongoing operational issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders diplomatically and effectively to align technical and business goals
• Provide strategic input into facility setup and improvements from a technical project management lens
• Own and drive technical problem-solving across engineering and quality assurance

Your Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry
• Strong background in engineering, facility setup, HVAC systems, and quality operations
• Proven ability to work autonomously and identify the heart of complex problems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Track record of project management success in regulated environments
• Calm under pressure, pragmatic, and diplomatic - a natural problem solver and solution provider
