Senior Project Manager - Renewables

Lead pre-construction and construction activities, including grid applications, engineering coordination, contract procurement and administration, and planning compliance.

Support the resolution of project challenges, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to technical, HSE, and quality standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including regulators, local communities, and contractors.

Gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, enhancing your expertise in both development and operational phases.

Degree-level qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Planning, or equivalent.

8+ years experience in the renewable energy sector.

Track record managing projects across the lifecycle of wind, solar PV, battery storage, or similar infrastructure projects.

Experience with contract negotiation, administration, and performance management.

Knowledge of grid connection processes and working with utility operators.

Strong stakeholder management skills, including regulators and community engagement.

Familiarity with project financial management, energy markets, and emerging technologies.

Proficiency in technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS, PVSyst) preferred.

Strong understanding of UK consenting processes, HSE legislation, and quality assurance standards.
