Senior Project Manager - Hybrid

A well-established leading Main Contractor in Galway is seeking a Senior Project Manager with over 5 years of relevant experience in construction management. This is a preconstruction role suited to someone who is looking to move away from Site Based work to a more Office / Hybrid opportunity.

Role

• Work with bid teams to compile PQQs, manage tender submissions, evaluate tender documents, track queries, and ensure all required information is accurate and well-presented.
• Collaborate with planners and stakeholders to create detailed tender programmes, construction methodologies, logistics plans, and identify risks, constraints, or value engineering opportunities.
• Conduct site visits, engage with subcontractors and consultants, present construction proposals confidently to clients, and transfer project knowledge to operational teams upon contract award.
• Utilize BIM and other tools to create 3D/4D imagery, develop alternative approaches, and maintain a database of tender materials for continuous improvement.
• Review and enhance pre-construction procedures, contribute to social media content, and undertake additional duties within your expertise.

Requirements

• 5+ Years experience working with a Main Contractor.
• 3 rd level degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Proficient in IT, with expertise in Microsoft Office/Excel and Microsoft Project.

Salary

• Salary €90k-€100k
• Company Car + Fuel Card
• Hybrid (2-3 days)
