Senior Project Manager - Fit-Out

Projects range from 20,000 square feet to hundreds of thousands, meaning you'll be involved in both leading smaller projects and supporting larger-scale developments, reporting directly to the Associate Director.

To thrive in this role, you'll need at least five years of experience in a Project Management Consultancy specializing in fit-outs. However, if you come from a slightly different background but have relevant experience, your application is still welcomed. Strong knowledge of project management processes, construction teams, and the responsibilities tied to consultancy-based project management is essential. You should also be comfortable overseeing projects from pre-construction through to practical completion, with solid contract administration experience.
