Overview

Opportunity to step into a key Senior PM role within a global real estate consultancy renowned for its strong culture, high-profile clients, and clear progression. You'll lead fast-paced CAT-A & CAT-B office fit-out projects across London's most iconic commercial spaces.

What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of project delivery from concept to completion
• Lead stakeholders - developers, occupiers, architects, and contractors - ensuring commercial and programme objectives are met
• Drive cost, programme, and risk management to achieve best-value outcomes
• Uphold high standards of H&S, quality, and compliance
• Provide clear reporting and client communication throughout
• Mentor junior team members and support wider team growth

What You'll Bring

• Proven Senior PM experience delivering commercial office fit-outs in London
• Consultancy background with strong client-facing skills
• Chartered status (MRICS or working toward is a plus)
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple projects at pace
