Job Description

A Senior Project Engineer who is mechanically biased to work on a Central London project from commencement to completion. This role will be integral to the delivery of this project across key packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver projects from procurement to commissioning phases.
  2. Ensure effective project engineering services to deliver projects to specifications within planned costs.
  3. Line management of graduates and supervisors.
  4. Demonstrate appropriate Health and Safety leadership.
  5. Manage the project lifecycle, reporting to a Project Manager.
  6. Own areas of work with minimal supervision, adhering to NG Bailey policies and procedures.
  7. Identify project risks and opportunities, taking responsibility for their mitigation or enhancement.
Candidate Profile:

Ideally, a Senior Project Engineer with experience in Commercial, Healthcare, and Life Science projects, capable of delivering work independently.

Essential skills and experience include:

  • A mechanical background from education and experience.
  • Experience with complex mechanical installations.
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
