Senior Project Controller - Rotterdam - The Hague

Organization For a word-leading company in the offshore industry market, we're looking for a Senior Project Controller. The organisation has several specializes in design and execution of large and complex offshore projects. This position is part of a new and fast developing team (8 FTE). As a Senior Project Controller you have a proactive attitude, self starter and an excellent communicator who collaborates with stakeholders.

Function Drive the financial cycle (budgeting, forecasting, actuals) for major CAPEX projects in close partnership with project management; Provide actionable financial insights and enable strategic decision-making through robust business cases; Establish project structures, allocate budgets, and oversee cost control at both project and budget owner levels; Prepare monthly cash flow projections; Analyze and interpret budget variances; Coordinate planning processes for complex investment projects; Deliver day-to-day financial and administrative support to project teams; Identify and execute initiatives to enhance cost and cash efficiency.

Requirements

A bachelor or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; At least 5 years experience with project control, preferably related to CAPEX projects; Experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
