Senior Program & Operations Manager - Global Events

Games Workshop is looking for an experienced and diligent Senior Program and Operations Manager to oversee and elevate the end-to-end operational framework that supports our global events across the UK, Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific. If you're passionate about helping us grow the Warhammer hobby globally with the experience to support scalable event programmes, then this could be the perfect role for you!
Collaborating closely with the Head of Global Events, you'll be responsible for ensuring materials, freight, staffing, budgets, and systems are meticulously planned, tracked and in place in advance of each of our worldwide events. Being composed with the confidence to make fast operational decisions will be key as you'll provide oversight of event timelines and logistics, identify and resolve discrepancies with physical stock and financial reporting, and proactively mitigate operational risks to ensure each event is executed seamlessly.
Your keen attention to detail and analytical mindset will enable you to take full ownership of the event budget forecasting and tracking in line with Games Workshop's strategy. You'll work closely with the Event Management and Finance teams to ensure all financial data reflects operational reality and provides clear financial insight that supports decision making by the senior management team. Your thoughtful and hands on approach will inspire collaboration with the wider events team to ensure budget constraints, deadlines, and project goals are understood and met with precision.

Your ability to communicate clearly, build trust and inspire collaboration will be critical in creating a motivated and engaged team.
We're looking for someone who has demonstrable experience planning and delivering complex projects on time and within budget, ideally in a Senior Operations or Program Management role. You'll have an in-depth understanding of large scale logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and operational planning. Proficiency with project management software, such as Monday, Jira, or ServiceNow, is also required.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.

Location: This is a remote based position from the U.K.
Travel: This role requires international travel to attend and support at least 7+ events per year. Each event may involve a stay of approximately 5-6 days.
