Job Description

We are looking for a curious, driven and talented brand marketeer with strong affinity to Sports industry. A marketeer who is looking to accelerate the cross functional marketing skills and keen to envision the future of sport and its influence over culture. A relationship builder, who is highly driven to achieve results in partnership. You will have to be able to communicate & collaborate seamlessly across teams and will need to manage multiple stakeholders (internally and externally), demonstrating enterprise thinking while obsessing the last mile to ensure success. An individual who embodies the values that our company holds dear and of course, an individual willing to adapt on the fly, all while maintaining a positive growth mindset.


This is a maternity leave from August 2025 - April 2026.


What are you going to do?

  • You will support the seasonal offence, working with the team to craft and execute category and seasonal initiatives that build brand strength, demand, and forge unbreakable relationships with our consumers and communities the brand serves.
  • You will also help put into place the learning agenda and monitor KPIs, as we continually evaluate the work, our approach and how we evolve (knowledge of marketing science and data is a bonus). Owner of seasonal recaps inclusive of findings and opportunities. Deliver best practices and standards.
  • Agile in nature, this role will lean into key brand initiatives and sports moments within Women's Performance - supporting end to end seasonal marketing campaigns that tap into the energy of Women's Sports (Football, Basketball, Tennis, Skateboarding, Trainning, Running ), coordinating across teams to drive efficiency and alignment. This role is project-based, which means an opportunity to work with a very diverse portfolio of sports/athletes/product depending on the priorities of the season.

  • Prior marketing experience, with distinction in digital platforms and a clear understanding of the art and science of marketing.
  • Strong understanding and connection to the Consumer, with a passion to envision the future of sport and its influence in youth culture.

  • Good communication skills
  • Consumer Journeys: Ability to understand & apply consumer behavior and apply that to build cohesive plans across Nike's full marketing channel mix.

  • You can show experience in supporting teams in achieving end to end success in campaign management.
  • You are agile and have experience working across multiple teams and priorities with an ability to redirect energy and focus based on brand and business priorities. Planning; execution & detail focused.
  • A true innovative thinker, with a growth mindset, and dedication to executional excellence.
  • Must be located in Netherlands, able to work at EHQ in 3/2 work model.
