Senior Production Operator - Lead Line Performance

Halma plc in Havant is seeking a Senior Operator to join our Production Operations team. You will drive line performance, oversee end-to-end manufacturing tasks, maintain 100% EMS/HASAW compliance and actively contribute to continuous improvement.

You will read SOPs, QCPs and build drawings, work in a hybrid model, communicate with the Production Leader and cross-functional teams, and support KPI updates, coaching, and line changeovers to meet daily targets.
