Job Description

Our new senior product marketing manager guides how our products are understood, valued and adopted in the market. You'll work side by side with Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to shape our ICPs, refine our messaging and bring new products to market in a way that drives real revenue outcomes.

This is a hands on and strategic position where you connect customer needs with product decisions, influence roadmap priorities and make sure every launch lands with impact. If you enjoy balancing insight, storytelling and commercial thinking, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with Product Management and UX Research to run customer research, win/loss analysis and market assessments that influence product direction and roadmap priorities.
  • Define clear ICPs and personas based on qualitative and quantitative insights and align all revenue teams on who we build for, how they buy and what they value.
  • Develop pricing and packaging strategies that support multi product adoption and improve deal velocity and expansion.
  • Shape crisp messaging, positioning and narratives that clearly articulate the value of our solution and individual products.
  • Build and execute Go to Market strategies for new product and feature launches, including audience definition, value propositions, launch planning and commercial readiness.
  • Work with RevOps to model commercial impact, forecast performance and monitor results of key launches.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver the materials, tools and training reps need to tell the story and win more consistently.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Customer Marketing to drive activation, adoption, engagement and expansion across our customer base.
  • Track, measure and report on the impact of PMM initiatives. Use insights to refine plans and ensure we meet business goals.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or related strategy roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or EdTech.
  • Proven track record of owning GTM strategies end to end: from customer insight to positioning, packaging, and commercial execution.
  • Strong project management skills: able to balance multiple priorities, keep momentum, and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into strategy and strategy into measurable impact.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success in a true cross functional setup.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to craft compelling narratives for different audiences, from C suite buyers to end users.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands on execution.
Benefits
  • A competitive salary, finely tuned to match your exceptional skills and experience
  • 25 paid vacation days. And if that's not enough, you can add up to 10 more
  • Access to mental coaching through our partner, OpenUp, to keep your mind in top shape
  • An annual do good day, fully paid, so you can contribute to a cause you're passionate about
  • Immerse yourself in an inspiring, international, and dynamic work environment
  • Embrace flexibility with our hybrid way of working, offering a perfect blend of office and remote options
  • Equip yourself with a MacBook to stay connected and productive wherever you are
  • We've got your commuting costs covered, making your journey smoother
  • Fuel your personal and professional growth with unlimited access to our online training courses and MyAcademy platform
