Overview

You'll take full ownership of the One PRM vision and roadmap, aligning it with bol's ambitious partner growth strategy. Guiding a cross-functional team of seven engineers and a designer, and supported by analysts, you'll co-lead the realization with an Engineering Manager to ensure the technical execution meets the same high standards as the product direction. Your days blend strategic thinking with hands-on product craftsmanship. You'll engage with stakeholders across advertising and e-commerce, translating their complex processes into harmonized, scalable CRM workflows. You'll base decisions on a deep understanding of user needs, delivering incremental improvements that inspire heartfelt adoption. This role demands both product excellence and skilled stakeholder management. You'll navigate competing priorities, bring focus to the product strategy, and ensure every sprint delivers measurable value. Where you'll work

You'll join the Product Acquisition, Management & Enablement area within our Partner Journey domain - home to all partner-facing product teams. Your team is pragmatic and entrepreneurial, focused on outcomes over output. We experiment, seize opportunities, and make things happen collectively. You'll collaborate closely with Heads of Sales, account development teams, and fellow product teams across the Partner Journey domain. We have a strong sense of ownership and a clear bias for action.
