Senior Product Manager, Card

Overview

Our Product Management team drives initiatives from inception through execution, launching products and features across our global footprint. This role collaborates closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and cross functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.

Card Product Manager

As a Card Product Manager you will manage the end to end lifecycle of card products, working with marketing, finance, risk, and technology to ensure product success and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify launch strategy for new countries, managing stakeholder engagement and local regulatory requirements
• Design achievable timelines and deliver products to market on schedule
• Manage relationships with card partners (schemes, issuers, acquirers) to secure commercial agreements for
• Understand product and execute enhancements that improve market penetration, usage and profitability
• Lead cross regional and cross functional project teams
• Keep updated on trends, competitors and developments in the crypto and financial markets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing or related field
• 8+ years product management experience, preferably in financial services with a focus on card products
• Strong understanding of card payment systems, regulations and industry trends
• Proven track record of launching and managing card products that drive revenue growth
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with agile product development methodologies is a plus
