Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the platform roadmap with a long-term view, balancing immediate delivery with foundational investments that unlock speed and flexibility for the business.
Platform Expansion: Lead the expansion of INSHUR globally across new territories, driving capabilities to support new regions and ensuring compliance and standardisation of platform functionality and capabilities.

Navigating Regulated Environments: Experience delivering high-impact products within insurance, fintech, payments, or financial services.
Systems-Thinking Mindset: Strong judgment to anticipate second-order effects while managing platform risk.
High Ownership Mentality: Drive to take responsibility for long-term outcomes and build institutional continuity.
