Role and Responsibilities

AIHR's Product department is made up of three teams: Product Management, Engineering, and Content. Our Content team creates courses and resources that help HR professionals grow in their careers, while our Product and Engineering teams work together in squads to develop features on our Learning Management Platform (LMS). This is where all of our courses and content live. We have two tech squads: a Member Squad that focuses on the learner experience and a B2B Squad that focuses on the non-learner experience.

As the Senior Product Manager of the Member Squad, your main goal is to deliver value to our learners. You will shape the product strategy, own the roadmap, use data and research to identify new opportunities, and drive key initiatives that boost member engagement and satisfaction. You will collaborate with leadership to prioritize the right things that balance business objectives with customer needs, translate business needs into technical requirements for your squad, and work with Engineering to balance speed, feasibility, and impact while supporting day-to-day operations. You will advocate for product decisions that balance short-term execution with long-term strategy and drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Content, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and leadership. You will continuously monitor key metrics and share results to inform decisions across the company.

On a typical week

Typical activities include sprint planning and refinement with the Member Squad, collaboration with Content, Marketing, Design, and Data teams, conducting competitive research, and defining metrics to assess onboarding and engagement. This role involves close coordination with engineers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with the product roadmap.
