We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering new product propositions across two established media brands.

This role sits at the intersection of journalism, technology, and digital innovation - building cohesive experiences that connect audiences and drive business growth. You'll work across multiple teams and workstreams, uniting brand strategies and creating a seamless product ecosystem that enhances engagement and subscription value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of product initiatives across both brands, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key product and commercial KPIs, turning insights into actionable strategies for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, editorial, engineering, and design teams to drive data-informed product decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetisation across digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, driving alignment across brands and departments.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, leveraging research and analytics to inform roadmap priorities and improve user experience.
  • Foster a unified product culture, encouraging collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams.

Person Specification

  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally within a subscription-based or customer-focused digital business.
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling digital products that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic product and business decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working across multiple brands or business units is highly desirable.
  • Passionate about media, digital products, and creating engaging, meaningful user experiences.
