Senior Product Manager

Overview

Outsight's software solutions track the motion of people and vehicles using 3D LiDAR data. Operators of transportation hubs like airports and train stations but also sport venues, road infrastructures and industrial sites can now access accurate and anonymous Spatial Intelligence data, in order to improve operations and increase user safety and satisfaction.

Our international team of scientists and engineers drive the development of our solutions from Paris, San Francisco, Sophia-Antipolis (Nice) & Hong Kong. To support our global outreach, we also operate a commercial office in Spain.

Responsibilities

• You will be joining the Insight team, which is responsible for transforming vast amounts of data into understandable and actionable insights for our users. Your role involves developing a comprehensive strategy for data retrieval, from raw data on our customer platform through to data visualization and AI-powered solutions.
• As a Senior Product Manager, your main missions are: develop a clear and concise product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals; define the overall goals of the product, its users, use cases, and how it differentiates from other market options.
• Gather and analyze customer needs to create a successful product.
• Prioritize features and requirements through an up-to-date Product Roadmap, including non-functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability and costs of ownership.
• Increase market access and business efficiency by promoting and supporting use cases to drive market impact.
• Measure and analyze product performance, including business performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven track record in product management in a B2B environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with product marketing and sales teams to define pricing and packaging strategies for new features or products.
• Bonus Skills: Understanding of challenges inherent in both SaaS and on-premise deployment models.
• Strong commitment to fostering and disseminating product culture and best practices across all teams and the wider company.
