What You'll Be Doing:

Own and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of your products - strategy, development, launch, growth.

Translate market opportunities into actionable product features and enhancements.

Deeply understand user needs to identify gaps, spark innovation, and improve experience.

Collaborate across functions - marketing, design, development - to bring products to life.

Lead product focus groups, user conference sessions, and act as a key client liaison.

Monitor product performance, escalate key issues, and implement improvements.

Manage vendor relationships and identify future partnership opportunities.

What You'll Bring:

Experience in Trading Systems software or fintech product environments.

Strong background in Capital Markets - ideally pretrade

Expertise in project management principles and tools.

Proven success in launching products and executing growth strategies.

A commercial mindset with a user-first approach.
