About the role

We are undertaking a significant transformation as we move from a portfolio of legacy healthcare products to a unified Single Health Platform. This shift combines trusted national infrastructure with modern, data-driven capabilities powered by AI agents, Data as a Service, and intelligent workflows.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and development of workflow capabilities across the platform. You will identify where AI agents and automation can safely and effectively support clinical environments, shaping how human and AI interaction works in real healthcare settings.

This role is not about isolated feature delivery. It is about understanding complex clinical workflows and defining how they evolve in a safe and practical way.

What You Will Do

• Lead discovery to identify high-value workflow opportunities where AI agents can safely automate manual clinical tasks
• Conduct user research to understand real-world clinical behaviours, pressures, and risks
• Define and prioritise workflow opportunities based on impact, safety, and feasibility
• Develop a clear long-term product vision for human and AI interaction across the Single Health Platform
• Translate clinical insight into actionable product strategy and roadmap
• Work closely with Applied AI teams to understand model capabilities and constraints
• Partner with teams maintaining critical systems to ensure continuity and responsible modernisation
• Navigate ambiguity and define emerging product categories in an AI-enabled healthcare landscape

What You Will Have

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, ideally within healthcare, healthtech, or other regulated environments
• Experience working with AI, machine learning products, or automation platforms
• Strong discovery and user research skills within complex domains
• Ability to map and analyse detailed clinical or operational workflows
• Experience defining product strategy in evolving or uncertain markets
• Confidence working with technical, clinical, and executive stakeholders
• Sound judgement around risk, safety, and user trust
