Description
As a Senior Product Manager at WALLIX, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key components within our WALLIX One SaaS platforms. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions that meet the evolving needs of our global customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for one or more WALLIX product lines (e.g., IDaaS, Enterprise Vault, ).
- Translate market trends, customer feedback, and internal insights into actionable product requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery.
- Partner with marketing and sales to support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and enablement.
- Contribute to pricing strategy development in collaboration with finance and sales teams, ensuring alignment with market positioning and business goals.
- Lead and monitor the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring cross-functional readiness and successful execution from development to launch.
- Engage with customers, analysts, and partners to validate product direction and gather feedback.
- Monitor product performance and adoption, using data to inform continuous improvement.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives such as Zero Standing Privileges, Secure DevOps, and Identity Lifecycle Governance.
Profil recherché
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of PAM, IAM, or related security domains.
- Proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles in Agile/Scaled Agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, REST APIs, and automation tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French.
