Senior Product Manager - FinTech

Company Overview

My client is a fintech company specialising in infrastructure and technology solutions for alternative asset managers. They provide a unified, platform based system designed to streamline the entire client lifecycle - from marketing and onboarding through execution and reporting.

Role

They are now seeking a Senior Product Manager to join and lead their product team, with the intention to earn the CPO title within the year. Please apply if you have 8-10 years working in a fintech, ideally Series B C, and you're hungry for a challenge. Please note my client cannot offer sponsorship for this position; you must have the right to work in the UK and be onsite.

Responsibilities

• Ownership: Completely owning the vision, strategy and implementation of your team's products and features from inception to production.
• Technical leadership: Having technical discussions with engineers regarding requirements, system design, etc.
• Design leadership: Working closely with designers to define the user journey and create exceptional user experiences.
• Stakeholder engagement: Engaging in requirements gathering sessions, producing professional documentation and communicating with senior external and internal stakeholders.
• Customer advocacy: Being a customer champion who understands end user problems, customer needs, competitive and market trends for your product.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with a high growth fintech company in banking/finance related business areas.
• Excellent problem solving abilities.
• Outstanding client facing interpersonal skills in written and oral communication.
• Proven experience with developing, launching and scaling products.
• Demonstrated ability in managing senior stakeholders to establish clear roadmaps and deliver on them.
• Ability to deliver under ambiguous situations in a fast paced environment.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
