Senior Product Manager - Digital Manufacturing - Poland

A leading global FMCG organisation is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager - Digital Manufacturing to drive the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of its digital manufacturing platforms across a global network of production sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and life cycle of digital manufacturing platforms.
• Partner with global manufacturing sites to gather requirements and prioritise business demand.
• Lead cross functional teams to deliver new capabilities and platform improvements.
• Drive adoption, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, OT, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams to ensure reliable and secure solutions.
• Manage budgets, vendors, risks, and value realisation across the product portfolio.

What We're Looking For

• Proven Product Management experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience with technologies such as Data Historian, OEE, MES, Connected Worker, or Smart Factory solutions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, integrations, data analytics, SQL, APIs, and reporting tools.
• Experience driving digital transformation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
