Spotify is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of Encore, its design system, defining the vision and roadmap for the design infrastructure that powers product development across the company. It is a senior individual-contributor role at the intersection of design, engineering, accessibility and AI, driving cross-functional initiatives through influence. Based in Stockholm or London with flexibility to work from home.

What you'll do

• Define and drive the long-term product strategy and roadmap for Encore, including design tokens, component libraries, accessibility standards and AI-powered capabilities
• Partner with engineering, design, accessibility and platform teams to evolve the systems that let product teams deliver quality experiences consistently
• Lead prioritization across multiple initiatives, balancing immediate customer needs with long-term platform investments and communicating trade-offs
• Champion the use of AI throughout the product development lifecycle and shape Spotify's strategy for AI-enabled design tooling
• Establish success metrics for platform adoption, design quality, accessibility and developer experience to guide investment decisions
• Translate strategic objectives into clear execution plans and build trusted partnerships to drive Encore adoption across Spotify

What they're looking for

• 6+ years in Product Management, with significant experience building platform, infrastructure, developer platform or design systems products
• Defined product strategy for complex, cross-functional initiatives involving platform adoption, migrations or large-scale technical investments
• Use AI tools as a natural part of your PM practice (research, analysis, documentation, prototyping, decision support) with thoughtful human judgment
• Strong analytical skills, defining product metrics and using evidence to inform strategy and prioritization
• Understand design systems, accessibility, design tokens, semantic components and modern design tooling, or excited to deepen this expertise
• Able to influence without authority and communicate complex ideas clearly to engineers, designers and executives
