Senior Product Designer (Customer Experience)

As a Senior Product Designer , you'll own the end-to-end design process for two of our product teams - Workflows and Data Foundations. From research and ideation to polished, production-ready designs, you'll shape experiences that turn complex geospatial data, compliance rules, and supplier workflows into clear, trustworthy tools that reduce friction and help customers prove value and social/environmental impact. Our Product Designers aren't on the sidelines-they're an integrated part of the team. Together you'll arrive at intuitive, powerful data interfaces, workflows, and traceability use cases in a product that's changing the future of agriculture and sustainability. 5-10+ years designing data-rich or workflow-heavy SaaS products. Proficiency in Figma, with experience building and maintaining design systems. Strong portfolio of complex data visualization, workflow, or traceability-driven UX. Comfortable running user research and usability testing, translating insights into designs. Experience with data visualization (e.g., Close collaboration in a team of +- 40 highly diverse, motivated, and talented colleagues Swapping 3 Dutch public holidays for other recognized festive days Commuting allowance: 0.23 cent per km (tax-free), capped at 20 km single commute Remote working: Laptop and home office equipment
