About the RoleAs a Product Designer, you will create user-centered digital products for Financial Advice firms, involved in all stages from discovery to final design, working closely with Product Managers, Analysts, Engineers, and Testers.
Key Responsibilities- Create cohesive end-to-end experiences following design standards, accessibility, and best practices.
- Collaborate on user personas, research, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Utilize usability data, conduct research, testing, and competitor analysis for product improvements.
- Design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize concepts.
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs aligning with brand guidelines.
- Maintain and contribute to a design system for consistency.
- Work with Analysts, Engineers, and Testers, providing clear design specifications.
- Share knowledge within the Design team to ensure quality and consistency.
- Represent and advocate for the Design team internally and externally.
- Experience as a product, UX, or UI designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-focused design from research to high fidelity.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Understanding of design systems and accessibility standards.
- Enthusiasm for integrating user feedback into designs.
- Collaborative mindset, working well with cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to improve user experience.
