Job Description

Are you a hands-on UX designer who also thrives on setting priorities, aligning teams, and driving business outcomes through great product thinking? Do you dream in Figma but also get excited about A/B test results and grooming tickets?

We're looking for a rare unicorn-a Product Owner & UX Designer-to own both the interface and the process behind our customer and internal tools. You'll lead design and execution for everything from shopper flows to ops tooling, helping CurveCatch scale beautifully, efficiently, and fast.

You'll have a seat at the product table from day one-and grow into a key shaper of our product strategy.

ABOUT CURVECATCH

CurveCatch is a Belgian venture-backed startup revolutionising the way people shop for intimate apparel. We're a bra shopping companion that uses AI to help shoppers find the perfect bra. We offer a home-try-on service where shoppers fill out a questionnaire and get 8 items across brands to try on at home.

We started from the local specialty shops of founder Kimia's parents during Covid. Since then, we're a team of 7, have raised just under €1 million in pre-seed funding from strategic angels, accelerator XX in San Francisco, an innovation grant, and a grant from Y Combinator. We're now a 7-figure business.

Never thought your next adventure would be in the lingerie sector? Stick around and find out!

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Take validated user stories and turn them into real product improvements - from concept to high-fidelity design to deployment.
  • Be the product owner for our shopper UX, internal ops tools, algorithm interfaces, and customer passport - shaping tickets, priorities, and quality.
  • Run grooming and feedback loops with engineers, Lingerie guides, and stakeholders across the company.
  • Launch and evaluate A/B tests; define hypotheses based on user behaviour, PostHog recordings, and business goals.
  • Translate business needs across marketing, ops, data science, and support into clear user stories and product flows.
  • Manage our product/design backlog in Notion; lead collaboration across Figma, Webflow, Posthog, Metabase, and internal tools.

WHY IS YOUR ROLE CRUCIAL FOR US?

  • Without you, our product suffers from rushed interfaces, bugs that go live, and dev inefficiencies-costing us conversion, retention, and delight.
  • With you, we'll design smarter, build faster, and move as one product team-from user insight to customer happiness .

WHAT DO YOUR FIRST 3 MONTHS LOOK LIKE?

  • Design and launch our new Customer Passport feature.
  • Complete Lingerie Guide Level 1 BoobCamp to get hands-on with our customer journey.
  • Help install a stronger process for defining, tracking, and delivering product priorities.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Like any great bra drawer, our team is diverse and full of support .

We're united by one mission: making it easy and fun for everyone to find bras they love.

In the next 12 months, the team will double in size.

  • Kimia (CEO): The push-up of the team-leads growth, fundraising, and dreaming big.
  • Nils (CTO): The spacer bra-tech and AI wizard behind our recommender systems and tooling.
  • Lore (Operations Manager): The balcony bra-holds the team and ops together with structure and care.
  • Denis (Engineering): The seamless bra-quietly builds powerful tools that just work.
  • Veerle, Sanne, Marjolein & Eden (Lingerie Guides): Frontline experts creating boxes and answering fit questions.
  • You! - Our product glue and design lead. We can't wait to meet you

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/product design plus ownership of product decisions or roadmap responsibility.
  • Startup or scale-up experience (you've shipped with ambiguity before).
  • Strong sense of data-driven product prioritization that links back to business goals.
  • You enjoy working across teams and helping define "what" and "why" as much as "how".
  • You've built real stuff, not just talked about it.

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in B2C or e-commerce flows.
  • Technical mindset-either via studies or working closely with engineers.
  • You've been a first product hire or helped set up product/design processes from scratch.

WHY WOULDN'T YOU LIKE THIS ROLE?

  • You want to only do design or only do product ops. This is hybrid by design.
  • You prefer detailed tasks over messy discovery. We love a bit of ambiguity.
  • You're not curious about users or bothered by dev questions. We talk to everyone, all the time.
  • Honestly we can't think of anything else. This is an out-of-this-world opportunity !

OUR VALUES

  • Build this rocket together while flying it
  • We're comfortable with not always knowing and figuring it out together. We each take ownership and are flexible while optimistically believing we can fly the rocket. Better done than perfect. The steep learning curve is part of the adventure.
  • Catch the day, every day
  • A lot can happen in a day. We believe in acting fast and keep moving forward. If we keep catching the day, every day, we grow as fast as possible while enjoying the journey as a team.
  • Brain, belly, blast off
  • We love data that fuels our brains, but also believe in our belly gut feeling (which we feed with Indian food). We won't let the lack of data paralyse us and this is where our logical reasoning kicks in. The reason we can trust our bellies too, is because we're super close to end consumers.
  • Come as you are, contribute your spark
  • We value every voice as we tackle every curve together. Bring your authentic self - everyone belongs and actively contributes: improve things, speak up, share your ideas!

WHAT DOES THE PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

We aim to complete this entire process in 3 to 4 weeks and will always try to provide feedback.

  • Introductory meeting with our HR manager (week 1).
  • 2h take-home assignment and walk-through with Kimia (co-founder and CEO) (week 2).
  • Reference calls (week 3).
  • In-person coffee with everyone on the team (week 4).

BENEFITS

  • Competitive salary package (open salary policy).
  • Stock options? Heck yeah, we're building CurveCatch together!
  • Work from anywhere (within 3h timezone) 3 weeks per month. 1 day per week we huddle together in our co-working in Antwerp.
  • Getaways with the team 1x per quarter.
  • Personal development plan and budget/coaching.
  • Super cool team and lots of bras !
  • You'll be supporting ( ) the lives of many (half of all people on this planet isn't bad, right?).
