Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Tendering & Strategic Sourcing
    • Lead the full tender process (RFI/RFP/RFQ), including requirements alignment, documentation preparation, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and final award.
    • Develop and execute category sourcing strategies to enhance cost competitiveness, reduce risk, and improve supplier performance.
    • Lead commercial contract negotiations, collaborate with Legal on contract review, and ensure timely contract execution.
  • Supplier Management
    • Maintain and update the supplier database and support the development of a preferred/strategic supplier framework.
    • Build and manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, conduct regular business reviews, and resolve operational or commercial issues.
  • Procurement Operations
    • Accurately manage PR, PO, contract, and goods acceptance processes in internal procurement systems, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
    • Support budgeting, cost analysis, supplier reporting, and preparation of management reports.
Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years' procurement or sourcing experience; experience in automotive, marketing/events, or management consulting is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of tendering processes, contract terms, and supplier management methodologies.
  • Experience working in UK organisations or multinational companies is preferred.

  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and commercial skills.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (must be able to use Chinese for daily business communication).
