Senior Process Scientist - Regeneron

Location: Raheen, Limerick

Responsibilities

• Deliver process solutions to IOPS and generate outstanding laboratory and process validation report packages.
• Determine the root cause(s) of process related deviations using scientific data-driven rationale.
• Participate and lead cross functional teams to understand process issues in technical and laboratory investigations.
• Issue knowledge base reports summarising conclusions of studies, investigations, and process improvements.
• Support technology transfer initiatives as a subject matter expert.
• Provide audit and regulatory submission support where applicable.
• Work optimally and efficiently in a team oriented environment.
• Present findings at group and inter departmental meetings.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior members of the team.
• Influence a non technical audience and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement.
• Work well in a team environment and apply logical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Requirements

• PhD or MSc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Statistics/Mathematics, or a related field.
• 4+ years' experience in biopharmaceutical settings or equivalent combination of education and experience.
