Senior Process Scientist

Regeneron is a science-driven organization that focuses on developing life changing medicines. The Process Sciences team is seeking a Senior Process Scientist to join our growing effort in Raheen, Limerick.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver process solutions to IOPS and generate comprehensive laboratory and process validation report packages.
  • Determine the root cause(s) of process related deviations using scientific, data driven rationale.
  • Participate and lead cross functional teams to understand process issues in technical and laboratory investigations.
  • Issue knowledge base reports summarizing conclusions of studies, investigations, and process improvements.
  • Support technology transfer initiatives as a subject matter expert.
  • Provide audit and regulatory submission support where applicable.
  • Work optimally and efficiently in a team oriented environment.
  • Present findings at group and inter departmental meetings.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members.
Environment and Physical Rhythms
  • Ability to influence a non technical audience.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement.
  • Work well in a team environment.
  • Experience in a biopharmaceutical setting is desirable.
  • Possess logical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Qualifications
  • PhD or MSc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Statistics/Mathematics, or a related field with 4+ years of experience; equivalent education and experience considered.

Salary

54,200.00 - 88,400.00 annually
