The Role:
You will take the lead on a varied and high-quality caseload of Private Client matters, including:

• Drafting Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney
• Advising on Estate Planning and Trusts
• Handling Probate and the administration of estates
• Providing expert advice to high-net-worth individuals and families
• Supervising junior staff and contributing to the growth of the department

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Significant experience in Private Client law, with a strong focus on Probate, Wills, and Estate Planning
• Excellent technical knowledge and the ability to manage complex matters independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A client-focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
• Leadership qualities and experience supervising or mentoring junior solicitors is desirable
