Group Audit serves as Deutsche Bank's independent Third Line of Defense, proactively assisting the bank's business and infrastructure areas to identify control weaknesses. You will work within the Treasury audit team, responsible for delivering high-quality, value-added audit reports for a portfolio of Treasury and 2nd line Treasury Risk activities, meeting the requirements of the Deutsche Bank Board and regulators.

- Lead and execute day-to-day operational audit work, focusing on liquidity risk management, capital management, and interest rate risk in banking book.
- Plan audits by documenting process flows, identifying risks, and assessing controls; attend meetings with stakeholders as needed.
- Draft high-quality audit reports for management review, track issues, and validate closure of significant issues.
- Review and provide expert opinions on stakeholder action plans, assisting in developing robust remediation strategies.
- Complete all audit work within budgets, including ad hoc projects and investigations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
- Professional risk or accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACA, FRM, CIA) is advantageous.
- Audit experience in financial services, particularly in Treasury, Liquidity Risk, Funding, ALM, or Funds Transfer Pricing; candidates outside audit with strong Treasury/Risk experience are also considered.
- Knowledge of auditing standards and concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
