Job Description

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an Associate Director in BCB Term Lending Pricing to help price facilities up to £500m, balancing customer outcomes with risk and returns. The role blends market insight, pricing expertise and strategic analysis across Finance, Risk and Product teams.

You will develop pricing strategies, produce MI and dashboards in Power BI, and partner with Relationship Managers and senior leaders to shape lending decisions.
