Senior Pre-Construction Housing Delivery Lead (Hybrid)

Osborne Richardson is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Housing Delivery Team Manager for a Local Authority in Essex. The role involves leading the pre-construction phase of a large housing capital works programme, coordinating with consultation, procurement and delivery teams to ensure timely scoping, costing and compliance.

The assignment is initially 12 months with potential for a 12-month extension, offered on a hybrid basis with 2-4 days on site per week.
