Senior Practitioner, Help & Protection - Hybrid Leadership

Coventry City Council is seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join its West Help & Protection Team. The role focuses on leadership and high-quality practice, supporting the Team Manager, and guiding Social Workers to ensure positive outcomes for children and families.

The position offers a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days from home, and a rate of £33.30 per hour (Umbrella).
