Job Description
Semester.co.uk is seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join Herefordshire's CAAsT Locality Team in Adult Social Care, based at Hereford. This locum role pays up to £32.67 per hour (umbrella) on an initial 3-month contract, with a 37-hour week and a May 7, 2026 start date.
You'll manage a small caseload across mental health, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, frailty, and safeguarding, supporting performance and leading practice, while championing strengths-based approaches
