Job Description

Eden Brown Synergy is partnering with Birmingham Children's Trust to recruit an experienced Senior Practitioner for the Children With Disabilities Team based in Birmingham. The role involves managing complex caseloads, completing safeguarding assessments, and developing child-centered care plans.

You will work with families and professionals, coordinate multi-agency support, and contribute to EHCP processes while modelling strengths-based, trauma-informed practice.
