SENIOR POWER PLATFORM CONSULTANT - PARIS - 6 MONTHS CONTRACT

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Senior Power Platform consultant for an initial 6 months contract with our client based in Paris, France

Context

Our client leverages the Microsoft Power Platform as a strategic enabler for digital transformation, automation, and citizen development across the Group.

Given the scale of usage and the regulatory constraints of the industry, the platform operates under strict governance, security, and compliance standards. The Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) ensures controlled adoption, value creation, and alignment with Group IT policies.

To reinforce this model, we are looking for a Senior Power Platform Consultant to support governance, platform administration, development enablement, and internal consulting activities across the organisation.

Mission

As a Senior Power Platform Consultant, you will be a key contributor to the Group Power Platform CoE.

Your mission is to:

• Ensure robust governance and secure operation of the Power Platform
• Enable business and IT teams to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions
• Act as a technical authority and advisor for Power Platform usage

Main Activities

Power Platform Governance & Administration

• Implement and enforce Power Platform governance in alignment with:
• companies' IT standards
• Security, Risk, and Compliance requirements
• Data protection and regulatory constraints
• Administer the Power Platform at Group level:
• Environment strategy (DEV/TEST/PROD, sandbox)
• DLP policies and connector management
• Capacity, licensing, and usage monitoring
• Deploy, operate, and maintain:
• Power Platform CoE Starter Kit
• Automation Kit
• Copilot Kit
• Monitor adoption and risks:
• Shadow IT detection
• Lifecycle management of apps, flows, and environments
• Identification of security and compliance issues
• Define and maintain Group standards:
• Naming conventions
• ALM and CI/CD guidelines
• Security and compliance rules

Power Platform Development & Expert Support

• Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions using:
• Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• Power Automate
• Copilot Studio/Copilot capabilities
• Provide expert support to makers and development teams:
• Troubleshoot and debug Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
• Support performance, integration, and reliability issues
• Promote reuse and standardization through shared components and patterns
• Ensure solutions comply with governance and quality standards before production

Profile Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Proven experience in enterprise governance and CoE models
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data protection in regulated environments
• Consulting mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a complex, international organization

• Power Platform administration and governance

Highly Appreciated

• PowerShell for automation and administration
• Java and/or .NET background
• Development of:
• Custom connectors
• PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) components
• API integrations and Azure AD/Entra ID authentication

Languages

• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
