Senior PMO Lead London Hybrid - 2 days in the office per week, 3 days WFH PERMANENT £91k pa + Benefits Change Management

As the Senior PMO Lead you will ensure that projects across the organisation are executed effectively, aligned with strategic objectives, and deliver expected outcomes and benefits. This role combines leadership, governance and methodologies to drive PMO change and delivery.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• PMO Leadership
• Governance and portfolio management
• Performance management and reporting
• Stakeholder engagement
• Resource and capability management
• Change and transformation support

Your essential experience and skills will include:

• Extensive knowledge of change methodologies and standards
• Strong portfolio management and governance experience
• Knowledge of PPM and project management tools
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
