Join us at Pets at Home, on our mission to create a better world for pets and the people who love them. We're looking for a highly organised, insight focused Senior PMO Analyst to help bring clarity, confidence and consistency to how we deliver change across our Group.
About the RoleAs part of our Change & Delivery function, you'll provide the data, reporting and governance that help Project Managers, Delivery Leads, Engineering Teams and senior stakeholders make informed decisions. You'll translate delivery, financial and resourcing information into clear insights that guide conversations at all levels.
The role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.
What you'll doLead the capture, assurance and interpretation of delivery data, turning it into clear dashboards and insights that help leaders understand progress, risks and performance.
Own the end to end financial administration process for the PMO, including forecasts, cost tracking and supplier invoice validation.
Produce accurate, timely portfolio reporting and support all governance cycles, including SteerCo preparation and framework compliance.
Maintain RAID and delivery controls, identify themes and trends, and surface issues early.
Support planning and roadmap activity, providing teams with cadence, capacity and forecasting metrics.
Champion our portfolio and reporting tools, ensuring data quality is high and processes remain efficient, repeatable and continuously improved.
Partner with colleagues across Delivery and Finance, contributing to onboarding and supporting the understanding and use of our Delivery Framework.
What you'll bring Essential- Strong experience in a PMO or project delivery environment with confidence working across delivery, financial and resource data.
- Ability to generate clear, actionable insights from portfolio information and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
- Experience maintaining portfolio tools and producing consistent, high quality reporting.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Experience improving PMO processes and reporting cycles.
- Exposure to engineering/technical delivery metrics and supplier management.
- Working knowledge of KeyedIn and SharePoint.
You'll play a pivotal part in strengthening how we deliver change-improving visibility, tightening financial governance and helping teams maintain momentum. Your work will give leaders the clarity they need to make confident, timely decisions that shape the future of pet care.
