Job Description

The team is looking to make a hire at least at the Senior Associate level. This role is to join a national and leading Planning team. If you have extensive Planning experience and are seeking a new opportunity, this could be an excellent fit for you.

The team is specifically looking for someone with experience in the Consenting side of planning, which includes a strong working knowledge of:

• Compulsory acquisition/purchase
• Planning Act 2008
• Transport and Works Act 1992
• Town and Country Planning Act 1990

You will be working alongside leading lawyers in the field with a busy caseload of high-quality work.

The Successful Applicant

As this is an experienced hire, candidates are expected to have at least 5 years of relevant experience. Our client is open to considering candidates at all levels of PQE.
