Are you a skilled Town Planner ready to take the next step in your career with one of London's most dynamic independent consultancies? Our client - a well-respected planning and development practice known for its collaborative culture and diverse project portfolio - is looking for a Senior Town Planner to join their growing London team.
The OpportunityThis is an exciting role offering the chance to work on a wide variety of projects across London and the South East, including urban regeneration, mixed-use, residential, commercial, and leisure schemes. You'll take a leading role in managing projects, advising clients, and contributing to strategic planning work for high-profile developments.

Key Responsibilities- Lead on the preparation, submission, and management of planning applications and appeals
 - Provide expert planning advice to clients, developers, and stakeholders
 - Undertake site appraisals, policy analysis, and development plan representations i
 - Manage client relationships and coordinate input from multi-disciplinary teams
 - Support and mentor junior team members
 - Contribute to new business development and thought leadership activities
 
- MRTPI qualified (or actively working towards chartership)
 - Strong background in planning consultancy, ideally with experience on urban or mixed-use developments
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 - Confident in client-facing situations and capable of managing projects independently
 - A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a passion for high-quality planning outcomes
