Senior Planner

Overview

A National Property Consultancy is looking for a Senior Planner tow join their Edinburgh Planning Team. Although the office is based here, their projects span across the UK.

They envisage growing the team by another 3 people over the next 12 months due to the quality and quantity of work they produce.

What they do and opportunities

The client base this team has attracted ranges from Corporate entities such as Banks, Healthcare Facilities and Telecoms, to Large strategic sites - Garden Villages, Retail and Residential projects - So the variety on offer is second to none! With this in mind, they will consider people from all planning backgrounds as they believe the skills are transferrable and don"t "Pigeon-Hole" people.

Role and requirements

The right person will be commercially minded and enjoys a challenge, however at this stage this client doesn"t deem Business Development experience as a necessity as they have plenty of ongoing and incoming work from referrals.
