As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will:

• Support the Lead Physiotherapist in managing the Physiotherapy Department.
• Develop physiotherapy services and contribute to business development.
• Carry a clinical caseload alongside your leadership duties.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to multi-professional staff.
• Support training and development of the physiotherapy team.
• Contribute to the hospital's Vision and Strategy.

The ideal Senior Physiotherapist will have:

• A degree-level qualification in Physiotherapy.
• Minimum of five years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in elective orthopaedics and MSK Physiotherapy.
• Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and registration with the Health Professions Council (HCPC).
• Proven performance at a senior level.
