£45,000 - £55,000 + strong benefits

Full-time, permanent Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00

We're hiring a hands-on, data-led Senior Performance Marketing / Paid Social Manager to take real ownership of paid campaigns across a portfolio of high-profile live event brands.

This is a senior individual contributor role, ideal for a strong mid-level marketer ready to step up, own performance end-to-end, and make visible commercial impact from day one.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning and optimising paid campaigns across Meta (core focus), Google, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Driving ticket sales, customer acquisition, and ROI through data-led decision making
  • Rapidly testing creative, audiences, and messaging
  • Working closely with the creative team to shape high-performing assets
  • Owning reporting and insights across Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Managing budgets efficiently and confidently
  • Bringing fresh ideas, experimentation, and performance thinking into the team

We're looking for someone who

  • Has solid experience in performance marketing or paid social
  • Has deep, hands-on Meta Ads expertise, including strategy, optimisation, and scaling
  • Is confident with analytics, attribution, and reporting
  • Enjoys blending creativity with numbers
  • Is proactive, ambitious, and comfortable owning their work
  • Wants to grow into a Lead or Head of Paid Media role over time
  • Experience in events, entertainment, ticketing, or fast-paced consumer marketing is a strong plus.
