Senior People Partner, Technology - Remote

M-KOPA is seeking a Lead People Partner to own the people agenda for our Technology organisation as we scale the infrastructure behind financial inclusion for everyday earners across Africa.

You'll partner with engineering, data and platform leadership, shaping org design, leadership development and people strategy at C-suite level while building a globally distributed team across Africa, Europe and the UK. This role is fully remote with global impact.
